I do in-home personal training in the Los Angeles area and private boxing training at TSB-44 in Santa Monica. If you don’t have a space to workout at in your home we can meet at a park nearby.
Whatever your fitness goal, I want you to not only achieve it, but surpass it. I motivate and encourage you. I make you do those last three push ups when you think you have nothing left in you. I run next to you and make sure you cross the finish line. I clean out your cupboards, take you to the grocery store and teach you how to shop for healthy foods if that is what you need.
I create a workout based on your individual needs, goals, limitations, likes and abilities. Whatever your age or fitness level, I will plan a workout that will not only challenge you, but be something you enjoy! If you have never worked out before I will educate you and we will take it one step at a time. If you are looking to change up your current routine we will find the workout that challenges and inspires you!
At times you will like me a lot, and other times not so much! But together we WILL get you results!
- Private Training: Whether or not you have a complete home gym or a few pieces of equipment is no issue. I will make the most of what you have to work with and bring some of my own equipment.
- Semi-Private Group Training: 2 - 4 people, your own group of family or friends.
- Your session will be tailored to you specifically and include any combination of boxing, running, kettle bells, weights, calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX, yoga, stretching and more!
